Delivery

All trade orders placed through www.goodlookers.co.uk are subject to our wholesale terms and conditions. Trade orders cannot be paid for via the Goodlookers website, and will be invoiced separately as per the customer’s agreed payment terms. Unless alternative agreements are in place, all trade customers ordering from Goodlookers for the first time will be invoiced on a proforma basis. All customers outside of the UK will be invoiced on a proforma basis.

As soon as we receive your trade order, a member of the Goodlookers sales team will send an order acknowledgement by email. We will endeavour to despatch trade orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order, and Goodlookers will notify the customer if there will be a significant delay on our standard lead time. For customers to be invoiced on a proforma basis, proforma invoices will be sent within 2 working days of receipt of the order. After payment of a proforma invoice, goods will be dispatched within 3 working days.

Goods despatched to UK recipients are usually despatched on a 24-hour service via UPS, and a UPS tracking number can be provided upon request. On occasion – and to certain parts of the UK – courier delivery time will exceed 24-hours. If you have any specific delivery requirements, then please notify Goodlookers when placing your order.

Goods to be despatched to customers outside of the UK will be delivered by an express courier deemed most suitable for the recipient’s country. Express delivery times vary for each country, but generally range between 2 days and 1 week.

All items shown on the trade section of our website are available to be ordered by our trade customers. It may be that some items are temporarily out of stock, and in this case a member of the Goodlookers team will advise if there will be a delay delivering certain models.

Delivery charges

For UK trade customers, our minimum trade order value is £100.00. Our carriage paid order value is £150. Delivery charge for orders below our carriage paid order value is £12.00 plus VAT.

For trade customers outside of the UK, our minimum trade order value is £100.00. Delivery charge will be applicable to all orders and the amount will be advised by a member of the Goodlookers team.

International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which can charged once the package reaches the recipient’s country. All customs fees and procedures are the responsibility of the customer. Goodlookers do not have control over customs fees, and cannot predict their cost. Processing of customs fees can sometimes lead to a delivery delay. For further information please contact your local customs office.
